Terms and Conditions

All returns are subject to review and approval. Credit will be issued at the time of approval.

The following items may be returned:

      • Products in new condition and original packaging may be returned for a refund, less any original freight/fuel charges, within 30 days of the original purchase. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
      • Damaged products may be exchanged within 60 days of delivery/receipt of product.
      • Defective products are subject to manufacturer’s warranty approval* and may require a manufacturer RMA. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the manufacturer RMA. Our drivers will not accept warranty returns without a manufacturer RMA and/or an Aqua-Gon RMA. 


    The following items may not be returned:

        • Muriatic acid, sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine), open or used chemicals
        • Custom orders and non-stock products
          • Including, but not limited to pool panels, safety covers, pool liners, and spa covers
          • Circuit boards
        • Opened stock liners or covers
        • Used or installed equipment
          • Including, but not limited to pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, motors, and lights

      *All warranties are held with the manufacturer of the product. Please contact the manufacturer for their specific terms and conditions.
